The game has changed and Alex has been put in a position where he could lose everything he has built. Gemma and Alex are trying to figure out who is stalking her. Another clue has been added to the mystery and time is running out. Alex’s main goal is to keep Gemma safe and he will go to great lengths to ensure that she is protected. He moved her into his compound and has hired an elite team of experts to help keep them out of danger.
The Good
As always, N.M. Catalano has taken me on a roller coaster ride that is hard to get off. The continuation of Black Ink answered many questions. Alex and Gemma now know that whoever is stalking her, believes she has something in her possession that they want. Gemma now knows that this threat is real and will finally submit to Alex in every way. Alex is coming undone and falling for Gemma in ways that are foreign to him and it is complicating things as he tries to remain focused on containing the threat. The sex is hotter, the plot twists are magnificent, the characters are divine.

The Bad
There was nothing bad about this read at all. Although there still lots of questions to be answered, it only adds to the excitement of wanting to know what happens next. The anticipation of Part III is borderline obsession.

Worth the Read?
All in all, this was a fantastic read! I have to wonder how Alex will let Gemma know that he is in fact the dark stranger that brought her pleasure. I believe that on some level she knows…the familiar kisses, the familiar words…. it’s all very familiar. Will she forgive him? Will they survive this latest threat and totally give in to their passion? Will the pressure of everything that happening break them apart? Solid 5 Star Read!!!!
