He knows she has a dark side lurking, begging to come out and he wants to be the one to bring it out.
The Good
The author has a way of drawing readers in and feel the words she’s written and she did not disappoint with this read. I was intrigued from the beginning and the level of curiosity for what was going to happen next made me not want to put this down. Gemma is innocent, but, has a dark side that she wants to explore. She has fantasized about Alex and her need for him is building. She is caught up in her ex-husband’s lies and deceit. She is left behind to try and clean up the mess he made and clear her name. The best way to do that is to work for the man her husband stole from. She wants to show Alex that he can trust her. He watches her every move and he is slow at letting down his defenses. Danger is rearing its ugly head. There is a mysterious caller stalking her and there are people trying to force her to submit to their protection. There is also a masked stranger that comes to her at night and gives her pleasure that she’s never known. She is scared, yet submissive. Vulnerable, yet curious. She questions her sanity as she gives in to this faceless stranger.

Worth the Read?
Alexander is in control, or so he thinks. Gemma is breaking down his walls and he has no clue how. His feelings are changing. He wants to own her, consume her, and awaken her passion. Gemma is confused by her feelings. She is drawn to Alex, but, she is intrigued by this faceless stranger that seduces her in her bedroom at night. Danger is close, but, is the danger giving into Alex or the residual of her ex-husband’s deceit? Although there is a cliff-hanger, you will not be disappointed with this read. The plot had me on edge and wanting more. Engrossing, sexy, provocative….simply fantastic. Solid 5 Star Read!!
