The Good:
Everything about this story was good. There was drama, murder, sex…. you name it, it has it. I was enthralled from the start and could not stop listening to this awesome read.

The Bad:
Ok, so I had this love/hate relationship with Martinez. He drove me wild one minute and the next I wanted to rip my hair out because he frustrated the hell out of me. I mean …really dude???

The Ugly:
The way he treated Lexi and the things he did really pissed me off. I was so frustrated with him and his psychoanalytical b.s. He was such an S.O.B.

Worth the Read?
You will either love Martinez or hate him. There is no in between. Lexi holds her own against him, but, it is hard to keep up with Alejandro’s mind games. She has no clue that their paths crossed a long time ago. That he has strategically put things into motion, that he has controlled her life and has been there watching and waiting. The connection goes back to a time when things should’ve been simple. This read will have you on the edge for the entire ride. You won’t be able to stop until you know more and then even that isn’t enough. M. Robinson is brilliant and her writing is magnificent. You will not be disappointed and you will love being dragged into this world where life is fragile, love is inevitable, and power rules! Solid 5 Stars!!
